What is the name of your state? IN

We have a time share in TX. We have the deed. In 1998 after several years, many job losses and surgeries, we sold everything to pay as much debt as we could. We havn't paid any maintenance fees and special assessments since 1997. In fact, we haven't heard from the maintenance co until this year when we got the bill for annual fee, or should I say several annual fees and reinstatment fees, collection fees etc. With everything going on, we haven't even thought about our time share for years. We must sell it. How are all these fees handled in a sale?
Are any time barred or are they handled as a whole?
And does anyone have any suggestions about how to sell it? We are now in our mid 60's and are not "up" of things as we used to be when the health - medically and financial was sound. Thank you very much.

**A: I suggest you consult with a time share broker and a real estate attorney.
