What is the name of your state?
Missouri Eastern District.
My 341 was yesterday and I believed that it went smoothly. I was asked the standard questions and answered them with no problems. The only hitch was when I disclosed that I have been paying my sister in law $100 a month for pad rent. (My mobile home is on an acre of her land). I do not have her listed as a creditor but the trustee did not seem to fret about it. We were done in about 10 minutes. The only other problem was that being the redneck that I am, my yeses usally come out as "MMHMMM" which I suppose is not a legal affrimation. So I had to force myself to say yes.
Looking at the other folks cases, the trustee was getting increasingly irratated by folks that did not know anything about thier financial situations. For example lots of people had no idea what thier homes were worth or how much they owed on it.
Anyway, 59 days and counting til my discharge... and to boil it down the scariest thing about the whole affiar was the building itself. The St. Louis federal buiding is a skyscraper and security is king. It felt like I was walking into a prison.
