What is the name of your state? IL

Well, I just wanted to hop on this morning and say thanks to everyone who responded to my questions and posts. We had our 341 Friday and I almost had a heart attack because our attorney was late and my cell went dead while trying to reach him, my husband's was at home on charge and there was no payphone in the building. The office is located in an area that is known for its crime so I wasn't about to stroll the streets looking for one... but sure enough, as I was walking out to try to find one as a last resort, he comes walking up the stairs! My husband was cussing up one side and down another thinking he stiffed us!

Anyway, I listened in on several meetings to get an idea of what the questions were and I was a little worried about the tax return one because usually, I pay bills but this year I finally said we're getting a few things for the house that we'd been putting off but really needed. She even asked a few for 3 months worth of checking account statements... We got up there, she asked the standard stuff and didn't even mention tax returns or requested a checking statement which I had in my hand. She gave no indication of her opinion on our case and I don't know if that's a good thing or not. Either way, I thought the stress I'd been feeling is better but I still have that 60 day objection period to worry about. Hopefully, things will go smoothly and we'll be able to remain in the Chapter 7 and the discharge will be swift after Oct 5th....
