my car stalled in middle of freeway

Hi GUYS, remember me?

Whos fault is this!!!

Just today, my car stalled in the middle of freeway! I could not get it off the freeway, cause I was nervous! About 5 minutes later, and brand new SUV with those dealer paper license plates, didn't notice my car stopped in the middle of the freeway. She swerved wildly, but was not in time to avoid hitting my car, damaging my car and her SUV. I found out she had a child in the SUV.

Whos fault is this? What happens next??

Her fault. File a claim with her insurance. Answer doesn't change because of who you are in the accident.

Just as a side note, this doesn't change the answer though...

I hope you made some attempt to alert others that you were stalled, such as turning on your 4-way flashers??

If it happened EXACTLY as you say AND you had your warning flashers on.... it will likely be found to be her fault.
However, if you had NO warning lights or signs and were stopped in the freeway, you COULD be found at fault in full or partially.

What happens next??

Contact HER insurance company and file a claim on your repairs. She will contact YOUR insurance company and file a claim on her repairs. The insurance company's will review the situation and decide who pays what.

You do have insurance..... don't you??

What do you mean by this?

OH one other thing. My car lossed all power! Its like the whole car shorted out! I could not turn any electical on. No radio, no lights. No nothing!

When you posted a few months ago and it was YOU hitting the stopped/stalled car on the freeway, it was your fault then. The MOVING car is at fault for hitting the STOPPED car. Doesn't change because of who is driving which car.

AAAWWWW! Then NOW you guys WANT to tell me that its MY fault for stopping my car in the middle of freeway, heh! :D My situation DOES mirror exactly what another lady did to me 1 1/2 years ago, NOT 3 months now! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! EVEN though that lady 1 1/2 yrs ago had an impeding traffic violation, YOU GUYS STILL PICKED ON ME SAYING IM 100% (100%)at fault. NOW when it was ME who stalled, you guys are NOW WANT to say it could be MY FAULT! Why are guys PICKING ON ME! Electrical of my was completely gone! Flasher could not function

From 1 1/2 yrs ago, I DO UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WERE PICKING ON ME, its cause I called that stopped lady ST%&*D which she was. I can see you guys or girls were OFFENDED, cause IM RIGHT and you KNOW IT! :D She just stopped in the middle of traffic EVEN when her car was NOT disabled. MY situation is my car lost ALL electrical and DISABLED!

NOW lets talk about a little about the BRAWL you guys created 1 1/2 yrs ago. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY IT HAPPEDED. Its cause of you guys put RUDE postings about me. MAKING ME LOOK BAD! That is what was VERY OFFENDING for you guys to post BAD things about me thats NOT (NOT) TRUE!


TO THIS DAY IT STILL VERY OFFENSING for all of you to ATTACK ME with "You were driving TOO FAST!

Its a FREEWAY, NOT A RESIDENTIAL STREET.

AND THEN for someone to NOW (NOW) to try to tell me, it possible MY FAULT for stopping my car in the middle of freeway. As bad as it is for the lady to have wrecked her new SUV (2009 Ford Expedition) with a 3 year old child in the SUV.

Evidently, It happened to me yesterday! I stalled and 5 minutes later I got hit! Honestly I feel bad about the lady. That sucks to wreck that NEW car! I knew I could have TRIED to pull off of road, but I paniced with cars on my side!

NO I DONT have insurance, I just have liability only, BUT at least Ill GET PAID!!!!

DONT DARE POST Stupid stuff, or YOU WILL GET BITTEN BACK!
