What is the name of your state? NY

I have posted here previously and now have another question regarding chptr 7. I have two cars in my name. One my husband drives and the other I drive. One is a 1990 Plymouth and is on it's last leg Black book is about $400. The other is a 1990 Volvo which is also having mechanical problems...needs a new radiator and has a major oil leak, also has a large dent in the drivers side and a problem with the control arm or something like that in ther front. Black book is about $1700.My husband and I are filing together do you think they would take the car(s)?

Very doubtful. The Trustee couldn't get squat for them in any auction. Even the blackbook on the banged-up Volvo sounds high. I don't think you've anything to worry about.
