If you could recommend one great legal/law book, what would it be?
My response:
Isn't LegalBeagle just so damned funny? He's so funny, just so damned funny. Funny, funny, funny. So damned funny I forgot to laugh.
Boy, you say that enough times and it loses all meaning !
LB, just playing with you. Take it easy. Don't go crazy on me. Hey, take it easy ! Put that gun down ! Don't point that thing at . . . BLAM, BLAM, BLAM, BLAM ! ! !
MSM, on what area of law ? There are many law books for specific areas of law. However, if you're looking for terrific, overall Treatises of the law, that delve into most every area of law within their covers (or on CD), I can heartily recommend the "Witkin" volume sets, or "California Jurisprudence" (Cal. Jur.), or "The Rutter Practice Guides" or the "California Practice and Procedure" guide. While these are not all inclusive of the many fine books out there, you could do worse without these.
With these in your legal arsenal, and on your computer, even LegalBeagle could be the attorney he's always wanted to be !
Talk to both you guys later.
