What is the name of your state?Washington state. I just now read the morning paper and my elder law attorney got arrested on felony charges for trying to get narcotics from one of his elder clients!!!! Do you think he will lose his lawyer license??? Our old will and paperwork is still at his office. Yikes!!! What should we do??? :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

Contact the local bar association, they can assist you in retrieving your records and locating a new attorney.
