Say goodbye to your 'friend'. He is going to go on a 'special vacation' for what is likely to be a long time.
Not only is he a drug dealer... but your 'friend' was, or will be, 'turned' by HIS friend.

My opinion is that the "Drug Seller" ripped your friend off and probably sent his daughter to your friend to make your friend think that the guy was actually arrested. The guy is probably trying to extort money from your friend.

Thank you for replying

I dont agree with the person who said my friend will take a long vacation..I belive that there should be a proof..plus if they find a proof..it may not affect my friend because his recird is clean...it is not like he sells dope!!! they may charge him like if he was not paying tax and loaning people money....any comments email me

Right. Every single druggie and pusher started out with a clean 'recird'.

it is not like he sells dope!!!
From your original post: "there was a guy who is selling dope who was trying to push my friend menteally so he can work for him"
Guess the dope dealer runs a car wash, huh??

[quite]they may charge him like if he was not paying tax and loaning people money[/quote]
Are you on drugs??

That's what happens to weak-willed people - they succumb to the persistent and the evil.

..after 3 weeks my friend gave the guy the money..which was 410$ and thw drug seller told him he will double that in 48 hours
So ... your friend thought that the "drug dealer" was going to put it on the lottery? If I were a prosecutor I'd say he was looking for a score, or he was fronting the dealer the money to make a purchase. That makes him a principal to the selling and/or transportation of controlled substances.

..../after 48 hours..the daughter of the drug seller come to my friend and told him that her father was caught early in the morning before anyone open up selling dope
Dang! I hate it when that happens!

......my friend was scare that the guy will open his mouth...at the same day in the evening..the drug man show up....my friend was schocked(how come they lock him and he already have a criminal record and they let him go in the evening)
Bail? Or, simple possession which permitted a release on his own recognizance.

the drug seller was treating my friend and he told him he needs to give him more money to shut his mouth.....plus he needs to pay other people who owns him money....my friend gave him 75$ more....after 2 days the guy show up and he told him he will try to make money so he can give him his....personally I think he is trying to play another game....
Sounds like the guy found a sucker in your friend.

1: there is no proof that my friend gave the drug dealer any money,is that enought to save his ass?
The dealer's statement is proof. And you do not know what OTHER proof the cops might have.

2:my friend is from oversease and he has green card..is there any chance they send him oversease if he was found guilty?
Yes. A good chance. Derpending on what he might be convicted of.

3:my friend has no criminal record, the other guy does...who they believe?
That's up to a jury if the DA takes it to court.

4" what is the best way to get out from this situation
Hire a darn good attorney.

5:my friend said he regret and he never wanna do it but the guy push it too hard.....
He needs to grow some stones and a backbone.

It all depends on the evidence. If the friend is simply playing dumb AFTER he's been caught then it's bad. If the friend really IS dumb, then he might be able to get through all this unscathed.

Being easily fooled is not generally a defense to participating in a crime.

But, since we don't know what crime (if any) he might be facing, or even what the evidence might be, it's impossible to guess with any degree of accuracy WHAT might happen.

Carl your a police officer, you know alot of tricks that drug dealers play...Don't you think that there's a possibility that this "drug seller" lied to this person's friend and was never arrested, ripped the kid off and now is trying to extort money out of the kid?

probability... if he had a past criminal record he would know what they do to snitches. so if he was gonna snitch he would not be telling anyone about it. but then again, there are a lot of stupid people out there.

And I'm not a police officer and still think your friend is a jackass who is going to be a broomstick up his 'friendly' parts real soon.

Anything is possible ... including that the friend was a knowing accomplice.
