Both Parents live in California.
There's been nothing filed with any courts courts.
My "Wife" took our 4 kids and moved into her sister house in S.Calif. I'm in N. Calif. I'm not out to hurt her, but I'm sure I'll have to file something with the courts...I just want to protect our kids from a war...I don't want to lose any of what little contact I have with them now...
My problem: 1.) I'm new on my job. 2.) Moneys tight. 3.) I had to move from the town where my other 2 kids live. 4.) Her sister works for an "Attorney", who really doesn't care for me at all. 5.) My "Wife" is not a bad mother,(except for this I guess!)
California leans more to the mother side;
Is there something I should do, say, our file that would help me get my kids back with me faster, without risking what I have?
I await your advice, as I fill out the papers...
