Hello my name is Paul. My brothers attorney needs an urgent Doctors note from his Nuerologist because he is undergoing a sleep stuffy AND has a sleep disorder of possible nocturnal seizures. This is of course in reference to his defense in his case.

Can you advise us what this type of doctors note Should say since it needs to be an extremely Strong doctors Note to be effective of course in court for his defense???

The doctor should be able to formulate the note well enough without our help to describe your brother's medical conditions.

Without the medical records and knowledge of the pertinent facts and circumstances of his case, no one here can draft the letter. The attorney should be able to put together a letter of pointed questions for the doctor to answer that will provide support for your brother's case.

No decent Prosecutor will allow a dr's note to be used in court.

The Dr. would have to come to court and would be cross-examined by the Pros.

BTW, Drs hate to come to court. They hate waiting endlessly, to be called as a witness and they want someone to pay them for their time.
