does anyone know how much right under the state law that adoptive parents don't have to tell the child that he or she is adopted? what about when a b-parent pays the money to search ,and with no answer. {from what i heard of about what kind of parents they are}that they didnt tell him. is it fair to the b-parent?what else could the b-parent do?can a judge help at all, making sure he knows he's adopted without costing more money?in live in michigan.

There is no law the commands that a parent tell their child that they were adopted.

However there are laws that prevent legal strangers from unwanted contact with a child or said child/rens family.

You are a legal stranger to these children - if the parents choose to tell them they are adopted (which I personally think they should) - they can, however it is THEIR choice to parent as they see fit.
