What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

For the last 5 years the company I work for has been growing. I am head of a department and I have signed for contracts. For example I ordered internet and phone lines in a location. The bill comes to the company and has me as the contact. It has come to my surprise that the owner of the company does not intend to pay out these contracts. Can I be held liable for the outstanding balance or can it ruin my credit? I do not want my name on things that are not paid... even if they are for a company.

Please advise!
