Texas, Do my miranda rights stand in a court of law when I have been subpeona'd to testify against someone else or do they only apply if I am being arrested?

You do not have 'Miranda rights' during a subpoena. For example, "an attorney will not be appointed for you...".

However, you do have other rights that you could invoke (5th amendment, spousal immunity, etc.) that could apply during testimony.
