What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hey guys.
I was wondering, besides waiting for a cop to pull them over, can I do anything legally about the following issue:

Everytime I go to work, my wife's parents usually pick her up from my house and my 9 month old son. They never attach his car seat properly or put a seatbelt on him either. I told my wife numerous times already how dangerous that could be if god forbid they get into a car accident. She just doesnt listen. She doesn't want him buckled up because he starts to cry -_-
When hes with me I always make sure hes properly buckled in. He cries sometimes, but what baby doesn't????
I wanted to know is there anything I can do legally? Can i stop them from taking him unless he is buckled or something? On top of that, her parents don't have licenses either! They are driving illegally, they are illegal immigrants. They also drink a lot of beer throughout the day and always drive intoxicated. Can I do anything? I can just say not to take him but my wife just won't listen. When I go off to work I cant really do anything about it.

Thanks in advance

Sorry, I didnt get an answer regarding the car issue though so I thought it would be better to start a new thread on it. The other thread was for cancelling the petition

If the question about your wife's parents was not addressed as fully as you wanted it addressed in your Immigration thread, ask the question again (in your Immigration thread).

This forum prefers that all related questions are kept together.

Thank you, Scram.
