AZ? I rent out a 3br 2ba house in scottsdale, I just found out my tenant was arrested, I am sure for dealings with MJ. You think I should kick him out or just hope he is smart enough to clean up his act and move on.

Is there anything in the lease saying that it is terminated upon discovery of drug use? Did he sign a separate agreement acknowledging that drug use would terminate the lease? Without out verbage or proof of his drug use, NO.

About what?? I have little tolerance for incorrect 'guesses' on the forum... which might be why you are pissed.
And even less tolerance for stupid and inane posts... like this one where a presumably grown man has to ask permission to evict a druggie!!
