What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? maryland
I got this mini van from a dealership in hanover,pa and I put two thous down. When I drove the car off the lot that is when the problems started first the dealer forgot to mention the car failed inspection and did not have the inspection stickers so I got a ticket for not having inspection also the car broke down more then once and also the I went to the mechic that inspected the vechicle and he stated that the dealer was told to replace the four tires so that it could pass inspection. The same four tires I paid to replace myself. Also now they repossed the vechicle because I was so busy repairing the vechile that I fell behind in payment. I failed to mention that they repossed the van in New York city where in broke down yet again.
Is there anyway I can get my down payment.

Not only will you not get your down payment back, after your van is sold at auction the creditor is going to come after you for the deficiency, this the the difference between what you owe and what the van sells for.
