I have always thought that my name was spelt as wendy, recently my mother revealed that she never legally changed the spelling from that of wendi. My birth certificate and social security card are spelt as wendi, yet everything else, driver's liscense, state tax forms, diplomas, credit cards, etc are spelt wendy. My social security tax forms are spelt with an 'i'. What are the problems that I can incur, if I do not change my documents to the 'i' spelling?

I don't think it matters. I don't think any problems could occur. Someone will jump in if I'm wrong.
