What is the name of your state? MD

I bought this unit about 5 years ago. And this woman keeps compalining about noise. I am very busy and rarely at home. I am asingle lady.

Anyway I told her if she cannot live peacefully with others she should go and get a single family house. That kept her quiet for a while. I moved out 3 yrs ago and rented the place out. This woman so gave the tenants so much problem complaining about one thing or another they broke the lease and moved out.
Now I rented it to another tenant barely a month ago and she has started giving problems again. She said she will not give the tenant a guest parking sticker because she does not have the current address on her license- She just moved in!

Now she started working in the condo office. She takes the calls and letters. I am wondering if I write a mail to the management or boardof Directors. She will receive the letter and read it?

How can I go about this?

It seems to me that this lady is harrasing the tenents. Yes, I would right management a letter sending it priority or certified mail to the person in charge. This was she can not open the mail. If the harrasment continues after the letter to the management staff, I would tell my tenents to file harrasment charges against the lady and management. This will quickly stop the harrasment. Make sure you get letters from previous tenents, present tenents, and copy and date the letter sent to management.
