Natural Father Proven

Alabama I was married to one man, had baby by another in 1985. (I divorced same year) I found out I was having a baby my ex-husband signed agreement in our divorce papers that the baby and I could carry his name. He was put on birth certifciate. I remarried in 1987 (another man). He adopted my daughter in 1990. Ex-husband had to sign papers. This year her biological father was found and paternity test done. He now has papers proving she is his. What does that do to the adoption by my husband. The guy is paying child support ect.

Court ordered child support or simply out of his desire to pay for his biological child?

It doesn't do anything to your husband's adoption of your child. Her adoptive father is her LEGAL father.

He is doing this out of the goodness of the heart! I have been told that since he was proven as the natural father that this makes the adoption void!
