ncp can choose when?

indiana -visitations the court set is not working out! can i, should i ,[the cp] petition the court with a few of my suggestions???,to the inconsistancy of the ncp visits to a 2 or 3 year old child,, showing that his visits [the one he chooses to exercise] one time in oct. and one time 6 months later,he was granted one weekend [every] month..

I also live in Indiana. It is very difficult to change visitation once it has been set. You should be aware that on the first of this month, Indiana made a state wide change in visitation for ncps. If you should go to court to change visitation, they could force the new standard on you.
Ask your attorney about the new Indiana Parenting Time Guidlines.
If the ncp is not choosing to use their visitation, document it. You can't force them to see their child. It will them who suffers.
