he doesn't do visits and says that i am not allowing visits when in reality he is not picking up the child,ISNT THERE ANYTHING the cp's can do about continuous missed visits?
why cp's get barked at for not sending the child?
why do ncp's not get barked at for missing visits?

Because no one can force a parent to excercise their visitation rights.
