OK guys, I'm unsure of what to do here.

Long story made short. When I was 16, I was in a relationship with a 21 yo. Shortly into the relationship I came to realize it was abusive. It took me a year to get out of. Yah know, the whole I'm a grownup now and can handle this myself type of deal instead of going to an adult. This "man" somehow feels that I still owe him something and won't leave me alone. He hunts me down every few years (obsessively-to the point where he contacts my family cause he can't find me.) Every single time he manages to contact directly, I change my number, leave the site etc etc and tell him that I don't want to talk with him.

He hasn't gotten the hint AFTER 17 years! I can't say that I'm exactly scared as there has never been physical contact, but enough is enough. Last contact was thru the phone (found my married name thru classmates) and I told him AGAIN to leave me alone. This was almost 5 years ago. Apparently within the last few days he attempted to gain my information from my youngest sister (25yo) thru Facebook. She shut him down and reported him for harassment.

Is there anything I can do to get this cretin to LEAVE me alone?

They will take report and possibly get in contact with his local police dept. Normally his dept will call him and say, MS. Jones has requested no further contact from you and if you do so again she will file harassment charges. Your family can tell him this also and file a report. Hopefully it will stop there. You need to get a paper trail going though.

I kept the prior emails thru classmates where I clearly state to leave me alone. Maybe you are right. Maybe if the police contact him, he'll finally get it. LOL, maybe he'll be worried that his wife will find out he's been trying to contact me!

Do that. Maybe then the ex will grow up.
