What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV
I live in Las Vegas and need a living trust. I got one from Phoenix form a paralegal where it doesn't cost an arm and a leg but here in Las Vegas I can't find a paralegal that does trust. I will be leaving the state in a couple of months so I don't want to spend money for a lawyer so what would be the best for me?

For a simple living trust, there are document preparation services on the internet. (I won't link as it may violate advertising policy.) While they may be good enough for simple wishes and a simple estate to cover you until you move and find an attorney, you get what you pay for. And, you never really ever find out any problems. Your beneficiaries will.
