i need advice a while back a really good friend of mine.. decied to stay in ohio and not go back to his country.. if he decieds to marry a american will he get sent back? i was told after the 9/11 it is hard to get away with stuff like this???

Marriage to an American is not a determing factor if one will be deported. In fact, the American citizen can be charged with a crime too.

so you are saying that either way he get's cought he goes back and or even if he gets married to her they both can get into trouble.... and with me knowing can i get into trouble as well?
