Need Advice see(Unfair Practices in School))

Again I am posting this note to find out about "unfair practices" in this school system. The Board Mtg. will be held in two weks. I was thinking of either going into it with everything copies of rules & regulations concerning athletic eligability, etc... or just going right to the top, the superintendant. Do you think having a lawyer with me would hurt the situation or help ?

Thanks for your short response..Would having a lawyer present be harmful ? I don't want to make the school board angry...
I'm not afraid to stand up for my daughter's rights, I think a lawyer being there would show them how seious we are about our protest to appeal the judging that went on in this case. The cheerleading Advisor out right lyed to my daughter, me and wife.

Meaning; when we questioned her about the gymnastics needed that was written on the piece of paper given to her as the reason why she didn't make it, she told us that they "don't need gymnastics... that was a term used to describe tumbling, handsprings, etc",,,, those are gymnastics techniques and in many others ppls. opinions is considered gymnastics. One girl fell on her head whild doing a back walkover and she made it somehow ??? My daughter did it perfect and didn't make it. I just need to know where to start with all of this.
Go to the Board Mtg. open to the public or go to the top with our griveiences.

And to whom are you going to "protest" this ?
Do you think that failure to make the Cheer Leading Team merits a lawsuit ? If so,...hire a local lawyer.
