Need Advice - Special Events Land Permits

What is the name of your state? ARIZONA

Hello my name is Paul, my fiance has her own L.L.C. company.
My fiance is throwing a Benefit Event with Live sound on private land this land is situated in a canyon away from any and all neighbors it is used during the day as a polo field and is fully insured.
Does she need a "SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT from the county assesor" OR a "USAGE PERMIT FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING COUNSEL"?

The price difference between the Two is about $500.00 ( the price difference). And the secretary at the Assesors Office said that "We may not need a permit because it is on private land". The owner does not know if she has to have a permit or not, and the EVENT is Eleven(11) days away
(its charity for the cancer society)... date set for October 14th.

Paul, it doesn't make any difference what anyone says EXCEPT the insurance carrier.

Make danged sure you have at least ten million dollars worth of liability insurance for this kind of deal.

THEN if local or state laws require a permit, get whatever it is you need.
