What is the name of your state? ARIZONA

Hello, my name is Paul, i have an event and i am having a Live Sound Engineer do our sound for this. The first event back in october this contract was breached, now we are getting ready to enter into a Second contract which wuld satisfy the first contract. What would be some keywords or sentences to incorporated these into this second contract?
The medium is sound equipment, and the 2nd contract is allowing us to have free sound rental as the engineer agreed, BUT we also need to know what type of sentence or keywords can we incorporate that states that this sound crew cannot rent out his services or any equipment to any other persons or event on this same day of our event because on this first event contract he overbooked himself and showed up to our major event 6 hours late with lack of equipment. How do i incorporate if he breaches this contract that he's responsible for this contract but also responsible for the 1st contract monetarily and with punitive damages??

Thanks for any help on this one,

Paul

No one is going to spend the hours it takes to help you write a contract to cover a breach of another contract, preformance and the variables that might possibly occur without an intimate knowledge of your needs and your state's laws.

The ONLY advice an internet forum can offer you in this situation is to take the original contract to an attorney with a list of your needs in the new contract and let them either look over what you have or write it for you.
