What is the name of your state? MO

Last Nov I was rear-ended and they totaled my car. The person who rear-ened me was at fault and her insurance company gave me money for my car. However, I had to go to the hospital and have x-rays and a look over by the doctor. The total bill is 625.00.

There is a seperate adjuster for the medical and he has yet made me an offer. My question is, do I just settle for the 625.00 if that is what they offer? I mean, I was out of work for two days, my wife out for one day, plus the pain, which not alot, for a couple weeks. How do I figure out what I think this is worth? I'm not trying to get a large sum of money, just what is fair to me. Any suggestions?

You're entitled to the $625 for your medical bills, plus loss of wages for two days. If your wife was out due to the accident (and not just to take care of you), then she's entitled to one day of lost wages. You're not really going to get much, if anything, for P&S since you weren't really injured very badly.

If the other driver's insurance doesn't cover this, then you can sue them in small claims court.
