What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama
My husband and I have a small trucking business, however the one truck has been repoed, and the other, we are extremely behind in payments to the bank. The is about a 30,000 debt to a credit card company, and also behind to the IRS. Our personal income is strapped- we also have personal debt, which we are able to cover, but unable to do both. What is your advice for us.
