I have been trying for almost a year to divorce my husband that I have been separated from for 3 years. I live in Tennessee with our two children and he moves back and forth from here to FL and AR. He has spent most of the last 3 years away from our kids and only calls on birthdays and Christmas, which only confuses them and hurts them. Both of the kids now have great fears that I will abandon them like their father did. What is the best way to go about filing a no-visitation clause in my divorce papers? They are used to him not being around and I want to keep them from being emotionally hurt anymore. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
