What is the name of your state? AZ
My husband filed for a Order of Protection on behalf of his daughter against her mother. The judge granted the order. Mother later requested a hearing on the order. They both went to court and judge kept the order in place but took of the child. Which made absolutley no sense. It is fine that they took his daughter off due to father later in the week was awarded custody of his daughter through an emergency request for custody that he made. Anyways knowing my husbands ex-wife is notorious for accusing him or threating her, we are considering leaving the order in effect. So that she can not say that he is harrasing or threatening her.
My question is can his ex communicate with him or there daughter via telephone??? The order only states that mother shall not contact father in person; ok to meet for therapy sessions and court sessions. and it states mother may contact father through legal counsel, legal process or with permission of the court. We are unsure if we should request the court to modify it so that it states that they can communicate via telephone/email with regards to there daughter.
