What is the name of your state? Missouri
I just moved to Missouri and I wanted to find out what do I need to do to start up a Ministries Counseling service.
My friend in Texas is just a minister and has no college and has operated a ministries counseling service based only on donations set up as a non-profit organzation for years.
I however have a college education am also a minister and I hold a doctorate in divinty. I contacted the board of counselors here and I was told that I can counsel but only in the confines of a church unless of course if I had a masters degree in psycology which I do not. I am assuming that would pertain to a ministry as well.
Any help, advice or tips.
