What is the name of your state? Utah

In June, I filed an Order to Show Cause (pro se) for medical and dental expenses. On July 29, the commissioner awarded me everything except medical insurance. My previous court date was in November 2000 for a petition to modify. At that trial, the judge did award me the medical insurance premiums that were paid in behalf of the minor children. My divorce decree was supposed to be modified to give me credit for medical insurance (Previously, my ex was the only one who received this). However, his attorney prepared the order wrong and then never filed it. My attorney filed the order six months later, but it was still wrong.

I went to a legal clinic yesterday and the attorney there recommended that I file an objection to the commissioner’s ruling regarding the medical insurance. There is nothing specific in the docket of my case regarding medical insurance – until July 29 (when the commissioner specifically said I was to get credit). What argument can I use for my objection besides “the judge did it before?”

Thank you for any help, advice, or comments.
