What is the name of your state? FL

My father just finished his Will (for the 3rd time), but this time he does not want anyone to know what the Will says. I believe he named me as one of his reps and executors. His estate is somewhat complicated, in that there is Stock involved in our family owned S-Corporation, his assets includes 2-3 houses...Do you think it's wise for him not to let anyone (except his attorney) know what will happen after that dark day? How will we really know what his exact intentions were when he wrote the Wiill? Besides the extra possibility of someone contesting the Will, can anyone please tell me if there are other reasons for him to be upfront now. Thanks.

My response:

This is a private matter between your father and his attorney. So, the simple, and correct, answer is - - it's none of your damn business!

Really intelligent answer, but this is a serious matter. He is 81 yrs old, and one day that Will will be my problem, therefore my business.

I would obviously have felt the same way, but, if you read my post, given this is his 3rd, and totally different Will, and a large family to top it off, there is cause for concern. But it's not your problem -right?

Thanks for your help.

And frankly, it's not your problem either nor any of your business. Take the hint. If pops had wanted you to know he would have told you.

How could you say something like that "it's not your problem either nor your business", in fact it will become my problem and since I own part of the business, it is my business.

Can't you people read, without me putting down my own father, his is 81 yrs. old, get it???????

Look I know it's a full moon, but this is ridiculous!

My response:

It was an exceedingly intelligent answer. You see, I know what I'm talking about, and you don't. I understand Attorney/Client Privilege, and you don't. Perhaps, that's why you're asking such a dumb question.

None of your reasons or excuses are good enough to pierce that veil. So, again, it's none of your damn business. Go ahead and ask his attorney - - he'll tell you the same thing.

Right about now, you should be feeling quite stupid. And, if you don't, then you're brainless.

Wrong. It's your commercial business, NOT your legal business.
Can't you people read, without me putting down my own father, his is 81 yrs. old, get it???????
Then he's an adult and can make his own decisions which did NOT include telling you what was in his will. Can YOU not read?
Look I know it's a full moon, but this is ridiculous!
I agree. Maybe that's why he didn't tell you.....

To IAAL: I never mentioned anything about talking to his lawyer, so I don't know why you brought up Attorney-Client Confidentiality. And I am not looking to pierce the corporate veil. So why don't you kust stop wasting my time please. If this is such a stupid topic, why did you respond? I was just looking for advise. So please just leave me alone.

To Belize: Who do you think you are talking to anyone like that? I was looking for professional advice and I get this.

MY RESPONSE: Oh, brother . . . . There's no sense in discussing an issue with you if you don't even have a basic understanding or knowledge of the area of law. Most people do understand; obviously, you're oblivious. So, why bother?

And I am not looking to pierce the corporate veil.

MY RESPONSE: Idiot!! I wasn't talking about the "corporate veil", dummy!! I was referring to piercing the "Attorney/Client" veil!! Oh, man . . . You let someone hear a particular phrase, like "corporate veil", and that's all they know or can think about. What a duh-yup!

MY RESPONSE: Oh, I will leave you alone. You're too thick-headed to understand even the most simplistic of concepts. So, like I said, "Why bother?"
