Need some advice

The situation is that when I was a teenager I was sexually abused by my stepfather. As an adult my stepfather and I have worked through these issues with counseling and other help. For a long period I had no contact with my stepfather or mother, but recently we have been able to develop a relationship and get past the old issues. I have forgiven my stepfather, and moved on with our relationship. My mother has not seen my children but once in the last 5 years because of the situation. Now that our problems have been resolved they have asked for my children to visit with them. After thinking on this issue, and loosing sleep over it I finally made the decision to allow my children to visit them in another state. I have talked to my children about sexual abuse what it means and what and who to contact if they ever have it happen to them or feel uncomfortable in any situation. Now that I have decided to send my children to see my parents my mother in-law who know's about 1/4 of the story and history of the situation is threatening to call CPS if we send the children. I did file with CPS about 3 years ago but no criminal or legal.
actions where taken. CPS just went to my house and my parents house to discuss the situation and then to closed the case/ or filed it. Nothing has been heard from them since. What can I do to stop my mother in law from intefering in this situation. If she goes forth and does call CPS do I have the right to sue or press charges against her. She has also threatened to have my brother in-law in Georgia (my parents are in Florida) pull up my step father's record to see if he has any. I just want this women to stay out of our lives. Please help me, is anything she is threatening legal. Thank You
