Home is located in Colorado. I purchased a home last June with my boyfriend, who is now my x-boyfriend. I had to relocate back to AZ for work, he kept the home it has 2 mortgages (100% financing) and my name is first, he did not have the credit or income to purchase on his own. There is a 2 year pre-penalty payment on the 80% loan. I want to force him to sell home or re-finance, I want my name off of the loan...it is locking up 355,000.00 of my credit and preventing me from purchasing a new home. Please advise. Thank you. Rachel
