:confused: What is the name of your state?florida
i have been paying for a timeshare in kissimee. i need to get out of it. i have between 4 and 6 thousand in it. i would be willing to give it all up just to get out of it. is there anything i can do?

Yep.
You can try to sell, or try to give it away, or try to see if the developer wants it, or use it, or just walk away.
Of course, some of the above options have 'downsides'.
