What is the name of your state? Florida

re: child support

I have looking for some one to assit me in filing a large law suit against
the state of florida (contingency basis) in which they had
willfully and knowingly violated my civil and constitutional rights in a
child support matter in which the state had no prima facie evidence
whatsoever to ever bring suit against me.

Yet They lacked jurisdiction, operated outside the legal scope and donot provide me with due process of law which waives their sovereign immunity pursuant to FL law and they have still continue to maliciously pursue me.

from my understandings, it should be a civil rights violation to be
filed in federal court. any recommendations and/or referrals are
deeply appreciated.

Need top Gun - Civil Rights case

Good luck to you, because you won't find one. There are none of the old lawyers left, who fought for their clients civil rights issues. Some even went to jail, (William Kunstler) because they believed in the Constitution and that everyone had the inalienable right to be protected under law, and who refused to bow to the "Old Boys Club" of prejudicial judges.

One only has to look at the "dusty" and outdated Supreme Court politicians, who did not shy away from electing a President.

Of course you mean the Supreme Court which upheld the right of the people of Florida to have their votes tallied in accordance with the laws that were on the books rather than trying to change the law by fiat during the election. How many times are you Bush bashers going to drag out that tired, bogus Dem. talking point? I guess the same as the tired bogus claim that Bush did not get the majority of the FL votes after several unconstitutional attempts to alter the results. Every study done after the election proved without a doubt that Bush got the votes, got them legally, got them constitutionally, and therefore won the electoral votes of Florida. It's time to grow up and let it go.
