My husband has a child in Fl..We live in NY..Since oct he has been very ill and out of work.He has not been able to pay support since no income. He has sent drs notes down and explained his situation..To modify he needs to get a lawyer to represent him since he also has medical notes explaining he is unable to travel at all due to his health. Can anyone recommend a lawyer able to do this. The court is in Bay county ..Any help or suggestions would be appreciated..

My response:

Call the Florida State Bar Association. They will be happy to give you some referrals, and to explain their referral program to you.

Good luck to you.
