What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tn,37129 i need help i am disabled and i was assulted ,by a roomate he is smaller than me ,the mpd was called and they treated me as the attacker,{i was the victom} there was a witness to the fact i was attacked ,i wanted to file charges ,but they didnot arrest my attacker on the spot ,i had to swareout a warrent to get him arrested ,and also the officer had told him i had my licens suspended,although noone asked ,i was arrested on a old warrent ,i was attacked becouse i would not drive myroomate somewhere for free ,i asked for five in gas,i was out of the house when the officer told him in front of my other roomate that i didnot have a licens anymore ,which i did not know that i didn't,but is it not my personal infomation not be releced without my consent,i feel becouse i am 6foot 6 250lbs ,that i was treated like i was the attacker ,i have had 5 back operations a shoulder operation and a yearold neck operation i am no shape to fight.could i get help as i said ther is no discrimination attornys in tn ,i contacted the aclu can't get feed back, i have no money so they don't care. please help
