What is the name of your state? ohio--How do you go about getting the negatives off credit report after the 7 yr. period--who do you write? Have found other things on husbands report which should no longer be on the report--from early to mid 90's

*** Your husband (not you) needs to write (certified RRR) the reporting CRA (Credit Reporting Agency) and ask that the expired information be removed. Be specific as to what debts and their last dates.
Then, give them 30 days to review and respond.
