We bought a top condo almost a year ago. Ever since we moved we have had issues. We have found dead animals at our door and patio, egg on our front door, woke up to flat tires and recently been referred to as " N***** upstairs". Today I went outside and our car was egged, bagel on out patio and cigarette butt, we do not smoke. I do not like going outside or leaving our doors open because the neighborhood be fussing and cussing. We do not want our kids hearing the words they use. Most of the time when I go out to walk out dog, one male always on the phone talking to someone, and referring to us in some way. I don't know what to do, but I am tired especially when we keep to ourselves. Any help will do, and no we can't move yet because we used VA loan so we must stay here for a year.
