My sons boss told him today that he had received an income withholding order for child support for my son.
My son has known about the child for the last year and was trying to get the mother to let him have regular time with the child but was told by the mother that he was not the childs father.
My son wanted to have DNA tests done to find out for sure, but when he told the mother this, she disappeared and he hasn't been able to locate her.
Now all of a sudden, my son ends up with an order to withhold CS out of his paychecks, and he was NEVER notified that CS was even an issue regarding him.
What does he need to do to prove or disprove him as the father. And, if he is not the father, how does he recoup what has been withheld from his paychecks?

There is no easy way to do this. If the order for withholding comes from Kansas then he needs to consult with a local attorney. If the order for withholding comes from a jurisdiction out of state, then he needs to find an attorney there.
