My husband of five years has recently changed his faith from that of which we were married under. Because of this he is going to change his full name. Will our marriage still be legal because I have chosen not to change my name as well? And how will this affect our children? And can I go back to my maiden name?

You marriage is still legal and you can all change your names and do what you want with them.
