What is the name of your state? CA

History... I bought a new track home about 15 months ago.... they are trying to force me out of escrow because of the following.

I was just wondering if it is legal and or binding if a home builder asks you this question. " Have you ever been in a legal action with any home builder?"

Also can they void the contract because of an accidental wrong answer to this question.

Is it legal for them to discriminate in this way and not sell the house to you?

thank you

I answered "no" when i found out later that I should have answered "yes" because of a class action that i was involved in. But I never knew that the class action was even filed and I dont even own the property anymore. So now "12 months later" they are trying to puch me out of escrow.
