What is the name of your state?

I am going to become a PR in 2005. I am currently living abroad and have never been in the States for several years. Do I have to file the tax refund for 2004 if I do not have any US income.

You may be required to file for 2004 (due April 15, 2005). Here are the guidelines for 2003, which will be similar:
