17 yr old from PA recieved 3 citations. Was with a few people-underaged- he did not know. One with alcohol. Cops watched them and stop our son-17 who was driving 30 feet from the festival parking lot. The cop charged him with speed not reasonable, modified exhaust-which is Legal in PA and opened alcohol container. Our son was not drinking-was given breathalizer passed. How do we go about these tickets! Help court next Tuesday.

NOT looking good...a 17 year old with open container, probably tried to BURN RUBBER, and with a modifed exasut to impress the riders..

Very bad decisions...Probably pay the fines and then your son will have to pay higher insurnace rates in PA, and will probably learn that it wasnt cool, and get rid of the car and get something reasonable.
