What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

A judment was entered in favor of me in a civil suit against a client not paying for services rendered. He did not appeal the judgement within 30 days as required.

Do I have to do a writ of execution with the Prothonotary Office next? I do not want to collect his property. I want my money. Can I garnish his accounts receivables or how do I do this?

Seems like I keep paying all these fees & I provided these services and products in good faith.

But why?

Pennsylvania.

This is a business person. Can't I levy against his bank account where he deposits his accounts receivables?
