If a motion is filed for divorce and no minor children are listed as an issue, can they become an issue if they move back home, decide to go to college and discontinue working full time??? The two children are 19 and 21 and had their own apartment for 3 months and lived outside the home for 6 months (in NJ) Another words....can they become unemancipated?? Thanks.
