nj my ex owes over 80 grand in child support but is hiding his address and working under the table. He lives in nj. I dont have a warrent for his arrest because I am unable to serve him with court papers because i dont have an address. why doest probation put a warrent on him for being in arrears? If anyone has any info I'd apperciate the help.
